Have you ever found yourself lying awake, asking questions that seem impossible to answer?
"I didn’t have the kind of parenting example I want to follow—how can I be the parent my child needs?""Why can I sense my child’s struggles, but feel powerless to help them?""My child is showing physical symptoms, and I don’t know how to address them and be part of the solution...""How do I find the tools to guide my child in a way that resonates with my values and intuition?"
Maybe you’ve found yourself second-guessing your instincts, feeling lost in a world of conflicting advice. Perhaps you’re overwhelmed by the sheer weight of responsibility, wondering if you’re doing enough—or doing it
right.
The weight of these questions isn’t just mental or emotional; it touches the core of your identity as a parent. It can leave you feeling unprepared, disconnected, and unsure how to fully step into the role you’ve dreamed of.
For years, we’ve been taught to view parenting as a set of external actions: techniques to master, rules to enforce, schedules to manage, and milestones to achieve. While these aspects can be valuable, they’re
only part of the story.
Parenting, at its core, is a reflection of your inner world.
It’s not just about what you do but who you are. Our children are incredibly perceptive beings—full of innate wisdom, boundless curiosity, and the extraordinary ability to absorb the world around them. They don’t learn
from our words as much as they learn from our energy, our actions, and our alignment.
Parenting is 80% inner work.
When we focus on our own healing, self-awareness, and growth, we create the fertile ground for our children to thrive. Our inner alignment—body, mind, and soul— sets the tone for how they perceive the world and their place in it.
The more we connect with ourselves, the better we can guide them toward becoming the amazing adults they are meant to be. What if the challenges you face in parenting aren’t about fixing your child but instead about uncovering parts of yourself that need healing?
Research, ancient wisdom, and personal experience all reveal that parenting challenges often stem from deeper roots: Unresolved emotional wounds from your own childhood that influence how you respond to your child.
Generational patterns or beliefs that have been passed down unconsciously.Unspoken fears or anxieties about your identity, worth, or ability to parent.
These hidden factors can create resistance in your relationship with your child, signaling that healing, alignment, and transformation are needed.
Our children are not here to be fixed—they are here to teach us.
Every tantrum, every challenge, every moment of defiance is an opportunity to look inward. They mirror back to us the parts of ourselves that crave attention and growth.
When we approach parenting as a partnership between souls, we realize that our children are not blank slates but brilliant beings, already whole, already wise.
The question is not: How do I shape my child into who they’re supposed to be?
The question is: How can I become more aligned with my own soul so that I can support them in becoming who they already are?
Parenting is not about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s about the willingness to do the inner work, to
face the shadows, and to grow alongside our children.
The more we heal ourselves, the more we liberate them from the burdens of generational pain. The more we align with our true selves, the more we create space for them to align with theirs.
Parenting is not just a role; it’s a sacred journey of mutual growth.
What if every challenge is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself? What if every joy is a reminder of the infinite love and wisdom you and your child share?
Parenting is not a task—it’s a transformation..

I have been working with women facing your same experience for 20 years and in the same time I have been dealing with my own journey for about 12 years. In this amazing journey I have learned so much about fertility, pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
What you felt had been my feelings too for a very long time. I felt the frustration you are feeling, the disappointment you are feeling, the pain, at times pure desperation.
At a certain point though something really shifted, I realized that I needed to add one little piece of the puzzle and I needed to do it by slowing down and give voice to my innermost voices.
I needed to mother myself and to calm my nervous system, I needed to release and let go, I needed to clear my body, my mind and my soul. After taking that decision and few mindful steps everything shifted.
If you are here is because you probably need someone who can deeply understand you and allow you to unfold what is already in you. I believe women need their sisterhood circle again to feel safe, listened to and encouraged. But also someone with knowledge that can bridge the gap between being in pain, struggle, fear ... and deep alignment, trust and possibility!
“Gloria’s
gentle intuitive practices brought forward a perspective around my
family’s health that I would not have been able to discover on my own. I
am now exploring the connection between my parent’s health, my own and
that of my children’s at a deeper level. She is a highly skilled
holistic practitioner, not only in supporting emotional health but how
our inner life is reflected in our physicality. Her guided meditation,
and self healing techniques (CFM) - both mind and body - allow me to
work on the content of our sessions in my own time. I highly recommend
meeting with her”
