Relational Somatic Integration Circle

Introduction

Some integration happens best in relationship.

The Somatic Integration Circle is a small, intentionally held group space where nervous systems can settle through consistency, resonance, and shared presence.

This is not group therapy.
It is not a performance space.

It is a place to arrive as you are and be met.

What to Expect

In the Circle You Can Expect:

clear structure and gentle facilitation
room to speak, and equal permission not to
learning through witnessing and being witnessed
nervous system regulation through repetition and rhythm

Over time, many participants notice:

greater ease in relational settings
less urgency to explain or justify themselves
a deeper sense of belonging without merging
increased trust in their own embodied responses

Structure

❤ 6-week container
❤ Two 90-minute meetings per week
❤ A small, consistent group
Regularity is what allows depth here.

This supports diversity within the group while maintaining the integrity of the container.

I just wanted to say that I am so truely happy that I met you. I dont know know what it is you did with be, but since tuesday people say to me that I look like I have lost a heavy burden. I still feel other peoples emotions, but i can handle them or leave them there. I feel more free. I experience less stress.
