Ways we can Work Together

The Shift
You begin to feel lighter, clearer, and safer in your body. Old stories loosen, nervous system patterns soften, and space opens for your true essence to emerge.
There are a few ways we can work together, depending on where you are and how much support feels right.
All of these offerings are held through the same approach:
relational somatic integration, rooted in a midwifery way of supporting inner change.
This work is slow, body-led, and attuned.
It’s not about fixing or pushing — it’s about creating the conditions where your system can soften, reorganize, and move forward in its own time.
The Uniqueness
This is not therapy, not coaching, not energy work as usual — it is a biofield resonance space where your system is deeply honored and guided from within.
What to Expect
Gentle exploration, attunement to your pace, and an integration process that continues beyond the session.
1:1 Somatic Session

One-to-one sessions offer a quiet, focused space to listen to what your body and nervous system are holding, and to allow integration at your own pace.
These sessions are suitable if you’re:
❤ feeling overwhelmed, activated, or disconnected
❤ moving through a transition or period of change
❤ wanting to feel more grounded, present, and embodied
❤ curious to meet yourself more honestly, without pressure
You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or story.
We begin with what’s here.
Somatic Integration Journey (3 months)

This is a longer container for women who want continuity and depth.
Over three months, we meet regularly to support:
❤ nervous system regulation over time
❤ integration rather than repeated crisis management
❤ clearer boundaries, orientation, and self-trust
❤ the gradual embodiment of insights, not just understanding
This offering is especially supportive if you’re in a period of sustained transition or reorganization, and want to be accompanied rather than “worked on.”
Somatic Integration Circle
The circle is a small-group space where relational presence and collective rhythm support integration.
Meeting regularly allows:
❤ nervous systems to settle through repetition and familiarity
❤ shared resonance without pressure to share or perform
❤ learning through witnessing and being witnessed
❤ a sense of not being alone in what you’re navigating
The circle is structured, held, and intentionally paced.
Relational Somatic Mentorship
For practitioners, guides, caregivers, midwives, and those who hold others
This mentorship is for women who already support others — formally or informally — and want support for themselves as a nervous system in relationship.
It offers a space to:
❤ serve without depletion
❤ strengthen regulation while holding others
❤ clarify authority, boundaries, and role
❤ integrate what you absorb through your work
❤ stay connected to your body, not just your skillset
This is not supervision, certification, or strategy.
It is not about fixing your work or improving performance.
It is about:
❤ being met as the one who meets others
❤ restoring coherence between body, presence, and responsibility
❤ letting your work be supported by your nervous system, not carried by it
This mentorship is offered in a small, intentional format and may be application-based.
When we were about to be born as parents, we realized that we wanted to have a conscious parenthood path; Gloria helped us to enlighten our desires and our fears, we could talk about our values that will guide us into our experience with our daughter Chiara. We really appreciated Gloria's method because she kept on stimulating us without structured laws, she let our answers come out from within instead of giving us methodical preaches.
Massimo & Elena, Chiara's Parents
I met Gloria on her website, I was about giving birth and I wanted someone to rely on in order to live a really profound experience, with the right mood and consciousness. She helped me with relaxation, both physical and psychological, she gave me very practical advices for labour and birth. When Annie was born she came to meet her and helped me with the breastfeeding. It is a pity I didn't met her long time ago, I would have wanted her help through all my pregnancy.
