The Somatic Integration Journey is a three-month container for women who feel the call for deeper support — not because something is “wrong,” but because something meaningful is reorganizing.
This journey offers a steady relational field where insight can land in the body, not just the mind.
What to Expect
Over three months, we meet regularly, allowing:
❤ patterns to reveal themselves without urgency
❤ the nervous system to learn safety through repetition
❤ emotions, memories, and impulses to complete in their own timing
❤ clarity to arise through lived experience, not effort
This work often supports:

Structure
❤ 9 sessions over 3 months
❤ A rhythm of three sessions, followed by a pause, repeated three times
❤ Space between sessions for integration and living
