R•WISE Mentorship for Practitioners & Caregivers

The Spiral of Inner Rebirth

There are moments in life when we feel called to return to ourselves.

Not through force or fixing, but through listening.

The Spiral of Inner Rebirth is a 9-week mentorship journey designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your body, regulate your nervous system, and rediscover the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be heard.

In a small and supportive circle, we create a safe relational field where transformation can unfold naturally. Through somatic practices, inner child work, womb-centered awareness, and deep presence, participants are gently guided through a spiral of remembering and renewal.

Like a traditional midwife who supports the natural process of birth, this work does not impose change — it creates the conditions for your own inner rebirth to emerge.

The Feminine Architecture of Remembering

The Spiral of Inner Rebirth is built upon a simple but powerful architecture designed to support deep inner reconnection.

For centuries many structures that supported emotional wisdom, community, and embodied knowing were lost or suppressed. Today many people — especially women — feel the need to rediscover spaces where their inner world can be heard and integrated. This work offers such a space.
The architecture of the Spiral of Remembering combines three essential elements:

A man laying in a bed next to a woman

Presence

A coherent relational field where participants feel seen, respected, and safe.
When the nervous system senses safety, the body naturally begins to soften and open.

Nervous System Awareness

Participants learn to recognize and regulate their nervous system responses through breath, body awareness, and gentle self-care practices. This allows deeper emotional layers to emerge without overwhelm.

Body Listening

The body holds memory, intelligence, and guidance. Through somatic awareness and abdominal self-care practices, participants reconnect with this inner wisdom.

Within this architecture, transformation is not forced. It emerges naturally.

My role is similar to that of a traditional midwife: I hold the container and support the process, while each person reconnects with their own inner knowing.

The 9 Stations

1. Serenity & Self Love

Returning to Inner Safety

We begin by creating a foundation of calm and self-acceptance. When the nervous system feels safe, the body can begin to open and listen.

2.Free Spirit

Reclaiming Authentic Expression

Here we reconnect with the voice of intuition and personal truth that may have been silenced by conditioning or past experiences.

3. Happiness

Reawakening Life Energy

Joy and pleasure are natural states of a regulated nervous system. This station invites participants to reconnect with vitality and creativity.

4. Abundance

Opening to Support and Flow

Scarcity often lives in the nervous system as contraction and fear. Here we explore trust, gratitude, and the ability to receive.

5. Patience

Trusting the Rhythm of Life

Transformation follows its own timing. This station invites surrender and the wisdom of allowing processes to unfold naturally.

6. Dreaming

Listening to the Language of the Soul

Dreams, visions, and inner imagery often reveal guidance that the rational mind cannot access.

7. Bright Future

Reconnecting with Possibility

Here we open space for personal vision and the emergence of new directions in life.

8. Insight

Seeing with Clarity

The spiral reveals deeper understanding. Participants begin to see patterns and truths that were previously hidden.

9. Dance

Embodiment and Celebration

The final station invites integration. What has been remembered now becomes something that can be lived, expressed, and celebrated.

The Womb Remembering Practice

During the first two weeks of the program participants learn a gentle abdominal self-care practice called The Womb Remembering.

The abdominal cavity — including the digestive and reproductive systems — is deeply connected to emotional memory, vitality, and nervous system regulation.

Through guided touch, breath, and awareness, participants learn how to reconnect with this powerful center of the body.

This practice supports:

❤ nervous system regulation
❤ emotional release and integration
❤ reconnection with inner intuition
❤ deeper embodiment throughout the spiral journey

Participants continue to use this practice throughout the program and beyond.

How I Work

I bring over two decades of experience working relationally and somatically with individuals and groups, including women, mothers, practitioners, and caregivers.

My background spans hands-on bodywork, somatic education, family constellation work, counseling contexts, and long-term group facilitation. What connects all of this is not technique, but the capacity to listen beneath words — to what the body, the nervous system, and the relational field are already communicating.

This mentorship draws on that lived experience to create a space where your own knowledge can surface, organize, and take form — in ways that are authentic to you and sustainable over time.

My Mentor Gloria…
she took my hand when I was disoriented and fearful… I was not living. It has been a long journey, with joy and glory, from the outside to the inside, to rebirth myself, to see, to 'feel' what was in my heart, in my soul…to recuperate the equilibrium and the nourishment that gives your life back… that gives a meaning of life back…. Thank you Gloria.
